"Give Me a Dollar ... and medical attention"

This guy needed to go to the doctor but he didn't have insurance or enough money. So what does he do? ... Walks into a bank and hands a note to the teller saying that he needs $1 and medical attention. He waited for the police to show up and they took him to jail and now he has doctors appointment. (this will be Josh in 40 years)
