Ladies and Gents ... Ja Rule has returned!
Guess what?! Ja Rule, is making music again ... I guess since there isn't going to be a "Fast and furious 6 seconds Maximum!" He is going back to music. (I copyright that title by the way) His new album is called PIL 2.
